Following my previous review. After we replaced the front door lock and let Remixto know not to enter the house, they did enter the house by breaking and entering. I let you be judge and have your own conclusions. I hired a lawyer to protect myself and my house. All this was unnecessary if only Remixto could be reasonable.
Beware if you decide to use this management company. For sure their standards are high but they charge for services not provided and overcharge at every turn, they keep owners money and when asked for it do not pay. They paid me with a check they bounced then stopped answering emails. They owe me $10,000 US since before the pandemic but do not answer emails any more. They run a slick operation but do not be sucked in. I'm not the only owner to suffer this fate. DO YOUR DUE DILLIGENCE and do not end up scammed. Google Remixto Reviews
