I have a shocking experience. The buyer claimed to have transferred money to my UBA account, but for almost 2 days it was not credited to my account, even up till the time of writing this note. I hope remitano will recover my coin as I never authorize release of it since I never got paid. I have sent my bank statement for the resolution of this issue. I advised that Remitano be more careful about such buyers with the interest to defraud sellers on Remitano platform. Thank you on the swift resolution of this issue.
Because of the nature of the details description to be included during depositing that favours payment through bank app only, I am constrained to send payment using bank ussd code or similar channel like ATM. Kindly, Make payment deposit easy through other payment channels where payment description is not available
