A lot depends on the seller you trade with. Generally they're quite responsive but the last seller by name Solomon Godwin Okon was not responsive. Avoid such sellers. I would have given 4 or 5 stars but the last seller messed things up

My transaction was cancelled even after I had sent payment with all I had.
I was so disturbed, I sent several mails but had no response for hours. But once it seem the system was up again, all mails bearing same complain were responded to giving me great satisfaction. The matter was resolved in minutes after the first mail was attended to.

Money going out from Remitano but I do not receive the money in my bank account. According to Remitano support (Winter) it is because of my bank network. If it is the bank network the money should not be going out from my Remitano account. This issue make me scare to use Remitano in the future.
