There's no other p2p like Remitano in the market that makes if the best... could be better but they're actually trying. And their customer service is something to tell your friends about: (ONE of the BEST)
However, since I av bin using Remitano as exchanger the service has always been better and the customer care agent is very effective in terms of any issue there is always good respond that ease the customer minds.
Application of transaction limits during withdrawal of funds within a funded balance is very frustrating and a major point of dissatisfaction. A client should be allowed to withdraw funds up to the limit of the balance in his wallet at any point in time. I operate wallets with other crypto exchanges and they do not impose any limit restriction when withdrawing own funds. The implication of the restrictions implemented by Remitano means I would rather keep large funds with my other wallets than with Remitano since I cannot make withdrawals to honour obligations at will.
The second point of dissatisfaction is the high withdrawal fee of 0.******* btc charged per transaction. This fixed and very high transaction charge means that as a client, I can only bring transaction to Remitano as a last resort.
Honestly, Remitano is my preferred channel to carry out daily cryptocurrency transactions.
The platform may not rank as top notch for crypto trading or complex cryptocurrency activities, but if you're looking for a simple, straightforward platform to keep, sell or buy your crypto, Remitano will not confuse you with unnecessary things. Plus, transaction costs are quite minimal.
I feel safe and contented with this platform.

Although I will also love to suggest that the company do a giveaway to everyone that registers under you with either little amount of BTC or Tron coin to encourage the user to get more referral, which also build the company.
I have been using Remitano wallet for about 1 year and 6-9months now, and Remitano transactions is awesomely fast both deposit, withdrawal and exchange of crypto currency and the customer service respond immediately if there's any issue and it will be resolved.
From my experience, before buying, buyer have to make sure login to bank online and can make the fund transfer within 15 minutes, so transaction can competed fast. I have been making 2 transaction with remittano with no issue. Support!
I am new and still learning to use this Remitano. One of my withdrawal transaction i think it takes more time. But the operator already assist and told me its actually because of weekend. May be can improve next time that the withdrawal can be made 24 hours 7 day. Tq very much

Trading on the app has been ok however i noticed for buy trades with flexible price, the price which a trade is completed as regards the rate against USDT is much larger than what is displayed. Also the price of btc to usdt has a difference from the market price of other platforms by almost $200. That is not fair, thus more persons will be prone to transfer their assets out of the platform to swap at better rates

So I wanted to sell my crypto and pay some bills, but all of a sudden, this company froze my account cause I was once on a VPN, okay they asked that i did my verification, i did every single thing, videos, statements. Then after the last video, they disappeared, then it dawned on me that they actually wanted to steal my money, they just needed an excuse. I pleaded, and I have been crying all day, this is my hard-earned money and a big company wants to steal it from me. I cant stop crying. They have stopped replying to my messages. This is 650$.

In p2p transaction I have never seen any other Blockchain that as fast to credit it customers account without delay. And it hardly to defraud any one on the platform cause of remitano security system it top notch. Simply the best.

Opened 2 trades both were offline each trade take 30 mins to cancel so there goes an hour, 3rd trade waited 20 minutes thought he is also offline, he marked payment as paid on last minute but didn't paid it had to dispute trade after disputing remitano team told me to verify identity for fast process which i didn't the owner paid the payment after 20 mins.
