Our experience started out horrible with Miranda Coronado. She would not return our calls or text messages and when she did she was constantly contradicting herself. After 5 weeks we were finally transferred to senior officer Nicholas Sigourney and he is the ONLY reason why I rated 5 stars and didn't take our business elsewhere. From the time Nicholas started working with us we closed in 3 days and the refinance was completed in 6 days (3 of which we were required to wait). We would definitely recommend Nicholas Sigourney to our friends and family and we are certain if we had him from the start we would have had a much better experience with Builder banc. I was welcomed to REHAB FUNDING; given information about the loan I recently ontaines.The date payment would, how much the payments would be etc. I requested a change in my payment date and it was changed readily. The CS Staff was pleasant, friendly?patiently went thru the loan details which I appreciated...Great ladies at the Oxford,Al office. They really helped me out when I needed it the most

When I was having trouble with some paperwork, they treated me with professionalism and patience, which I don't think I would have received anywhere else. The service was good. I was a bit disappointed that I was denied for a payday loan that I could pay back in payments because I have no debt and therefore obviously no credit history. Your marketing material claims not to be subject to a credit check and that's the very first thing that was done when I got there and the girl that helped me at the window never told me that's what was happening until she told me I was denied. Very disappointing! I sure hope that is not a negative mark against my credit being as I have none to counter the negative inquirey.

The interest rate is high and could be lower, but they were the only lenders that gave me more than $650.00! I was very pleased! Also as long as you pay off early then the interest shouldn't hurt too bad!

I am absolutely astounded that this company treat people with sincerity and respect.
After all other lenders refused me, wasted my time and shared my details with a hundred others to then spam me, I literally gave up hope of getting some help with my finances.
That was until I found Rehab Funding, whilst scrolling on Facebook. I checked them out, read reviews and instantly applied at around 10pm on a Saturday night.
By Monday morning, the full amount I asked for was in my bank….
Everything was seamless. The application process was very clear and accurate. The signing of documents was extremely simple to understand, sign and download for my copy.
In comparison, there is one company I used ages ago, their name similar with "fund our shelves" who quote a figure online then in the 10 page terms, QUADRUPLED the apr meaning I would pay double what I borrow over just 6 months then penalised me when I complained and withdrew! Absolute rogues.
So I am thrilled that Rehab Funding are clearly ethical, fair and transparent and give people a chance without just judging by a credit score.

If only all loan companies could take a leaf out of Rehab Funding books because these guys truly are a credit to the industry and a leading example of how things should be in this day and age.
