I booked a train to Prague with one transfer. I came to the station 30 mins before the departure time. Around 15 mins before the departure time, the train came. I show the crew my ticket and mentioned I was going to Prague with one transfer. The crew rejected me to get on the train. He said the train wasn't for me. I went back to the lobby and asked the staff about the train info. She said THAT WAS MY TRAIN. And when I was back to the platform, the train was gone! About 4 mins before the departure time shown on the ticket! I end up waiting at the station for three hours, buying another ticket to Prague. The attitude of customer service is also horrible. They only care about the sales. Don't even have the responsibility to show they care about their customers as a service provider. Their crew were lack of training and the customer service is horrible.

Regiojet公司的服務差透了！訂了票，要轉一程火車到布拉格。車到了就給服務員看票，告訴他中間站轉車到布拉格，看了我的票後他說車不對！我回到大堂問職員，職員卻說是那輛車，但回到站台已經開走了！！那職員根本沒看清我的票，看到目的地不對後就不讓我上車，明明就是對的車，中間轉車而已。還要票的開車時間跟實際時間不同，比票上時間早開走。結果買了別的班次，等了三個多小時才坐上車，浪費了錢跟時間！不要用這家公司的服務！聯絡了客服還在為自家公司找藉口，差透了。

On May 12 and 13, it was holiday. The train were to and fro between Prague and Vienna. I encountered a terrible travel experience. Many groups of local people, including children, youngster and ladies, shouting and screaming on the train, they laughed and shouted to they utmost power, they absolutely ignored who else were on the train. I think freedom is abuse in eurozone, everyone can smoke while walking on the streets, smokers don't care your children, don't care you don't want. Motorcycle without mufflers can jet fly through streets, I totally can't not accept, graffiti means your place is hell. Freedom means chaos. Ok, these are all my personal opinions. Don't blame me, because I will never visit the Eastern europe for the rest of my life.
