Red Tea Detox is a perfect book I have ever read which directed me to the right way of losing weight. Why would the author think that you want or need to read 80 pages about your digestive system and how it operates and still cannot locate the recipe. She sends you a ton of e-mails to "enhance" your detox experience and everything she sends has a price tag... I sent her a response and told her she is a SCAM Artist. There is no "quick" fix ~ you have to take your time and loose the weight. It didn't happen overnight and it will not go away overnight...

This one seems quite solid. All you need is a proper diet, enough exercise and a strong will, as the book itself states. Every important segment is thoroughly explained and if you follow the instructions you will see the results. I have a friend who lost more than 25 pounds in one month by going on a diet similar to this one. Just don't go easy on yourself and stay motivated. It is definitely possible.

Ive been struggling to lose weight ever since I had kids. Ive already tried several diet programs but none seemed to keep the weight off. Was close to giving up til I found this book! Hats off to the author! You, sir, saved me! Lost almost 5kgs in the first week and looking forward to lose some more! Gained back my confidence and now feel so much better about myself. Highly recommend this to all moms out there!

How just great this book is, a two weeks diet with exercise and motivation is an excellent program of weigh loss.it really helps to reduce pounds of body fat in record time and the results are extremely satisfying. I recommend it massively but know well that you should strictly follow this diet and you will testify the changes in your appearance as I did. Rather than it would have a really healthy effect on your whole health.

I have never read a health book that is more detailed than this one. As a health-conscious person, I find this book easy to follow, especially for those who are busy and can't find enough time to hit the gym. The topics are neatly arranged and well-explained without using technicalities. I highly recommend this diet to anyone looking for a. Fast way to lose those excess pounds without having to spend countless hours in the gym. A must-read!

Perfect guide for those who wants to lose weight fast and learn something useful at the same time. I loved that there is some detailed information about losing weight along with the diet itself, which is incredibly useful. This is a great knock-out book! I just printed a version of the book a week ago, and within two days of planning and prepping I could wait to get on the diet. I love this book! Do you need to learn new tricks that will make you lose weight? Every section has well-laid instructions with pictures to read your way. Im planning to have this book as my main reference in the kitchen for most of 2017. Very pleased and I recommend 10/10

The book clearly states that the weight loss is not a myth, which was for me until recently. I personally followed the diet plan with exercise and lost 8 pounds within 2 weeks. The two-week diet plan and detailed description really helped me to choose the perfect diet according to my body needs. I have not tried everything listed in the book so far, but I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended book.

Interesting! This book said it all. I am recommending "The Red Tea Detox" on weight loss, to everyone that want to slim down. The good thing about this short book is that, it's not only for fat people but also for those who want to maintain their stature. It talks about how we get fat, how we can get thin, rapid weight loss and so on. You need to read this before you can understand what I'm talking about.

What really set this book apart for me was how it looked at your weight-loss with a holistic approach. I really enjoyed reading it as it took me through exactly how my body works and that made me realise why past diets Ive tried havent really worked. Its easy to understand and follow. It doesnt just cover diet but also exercise and motivation. This really resonated with me. I would highly recommend it to anyone, it was a real eye-opener!

I tried all kind of diets till now, and every one of them was a fail for me. I couldn't be patient enough to see the first results, and if I was it wasn't more than 3kg in 31 days period! When I started the red tea detox, I bought all the ingredients and it was easy to do, I love the taste. Mixed it with protein shakes, made red tea snow cones, with fruit and even a cocktail once a week. Follow the recommended low carbs and have lost 10 pound my first week. This program is great for people who want to lose a little weight quickly. The book helped with my nutrition, and the program planned out everything for me and helped me follow a daily routine. I really enjoyed every step of the way! During phase1 of the diet I already lost 7 pounds. I learn to calculate my daily calories and what is the right food to consume in order to lose weight. I have always been terrified of diets because I knew I couldnt handle starving myself. I have finally learned that (with a proper exercise) it is possible to lose weight while eating a lot actually! Would recommend!

Ever since I was young I have always been on the heavy side. It therefore goes without saying that I have tried almost every quick weight loss remedy out there. Truth is that only a few have worked, but the weight has always managed to creep back on. Now back to the Red tea detox - not much to say: I'm on the 7th day and 6 pounds are down :) YAAY! Hope it doesn't creep back after I'm done.
