website works partially ok. you had what I wanted but there was an introductory £5 offer which didnt get to me despite later talking to nice lady who said she'd send it over, however it never arrived
Did have a few probs as came up with wrong email but very helpful staff via chat (Laura) made a few suggestions & I then managed to place it OK.
All good service wise. Item has been returned for exchange as product sizing not too clear. I am exchanging for smaller. I thimk that's probably Horsewear lack of info rather than Redpost.
The cart section could be changed a little to edit the desired quantity of an item. It would also be nice to view shipping options and charges beforehand.
this is my first time shopping with Redpost Equestrian. I am from Australia, I would definitely purchase more breeches if I was to know the rise of the breeches as it is not mentioned against each product. other than that. very good website easy to navigate around. congratulations to the owners

It took over two weeks till I recieved the package to Japan.(Maybe because of Covid-19?)
I am very happy with the price and service,so I will use this store and recommend to friends unless we're not in hurry.
No issues - it's just not a particularly memorable site so I may not remember to recommend it to others.
I bought two Amigo foal rugs, a 4' and 4'6" for the foal to grow in to.
The 4'6" arrived damaged with the belly strap unattached.
Luckily the foal has a few weeks to grow so I will have the rug repaired at my own expense which was slightly disappointing. Howerver, when intact they will be nice rugs and the service was fast and efficient.

From a couple of points of contact, one by e-mail the other by telephone, they were very prompt, professional and polite.
I was disappointed that the packaging was split on arrival. Luckily nothing was missing. I needed to google how to fit the pad but apart from that, all good!
So far so good, but until the items arrive and the VAT etc., is sorted and I see final charges it's tricky to be "overly confident". Website is great though.
The actual service and delivery from redpostequestrian was excellent. The product, a spray to clear a wasps nest, which is no reflection on redpostequestrian as it is a proprietary product, does not seem to work. Two sprays and the wasps still seem to be returning undeterred.
Some of the size guides didn't include sizing for the product I was looking at. I can't remember which product but it was a kid's item, adn the size guide was for adult products
Easy to use website and they were able to replace a product that was no longer in stock with a very similar one, very pleased
The products and service was very good, but unfortunately the packaging was poor and the delivery bag was 3/4 open, so very lucky the gloves did not fall out!!
It is a pity that p&p are charged for a voucher and then repaid back. Surely emailed vouchers should have free delivery at the point of purchase.
4 stars was because the order process was a it hit & miss, kept having to go back and do things again. Once ordered, items were delivered quickly and as described.

Over all a very good service. The websight is easy to use and the prices are very competitive. In my case, the product was cheeper than if I had bought it on the owners own web sight. The delivery was quick and I was informed of the name of the driver and the hour window that he would deliver my product. Very good.
A nice site; I have shopped with you before but not for some time. I was particularly looking for this rug, so thank you - just hope it fits well now!!
I ordered a Le Mieux Murren hat for my daughter-in-law who runs a Livery Yard near Marlborough on the Downs. My order was seen to promptly: a query I had was answered satisfactorily, and I was kept informed of the progress of the order from Redpost to my address throughout. The parcel arrived promptly. I was interested in that the Redpost yard is within a mile of a medaeval house my parents once lived in in a remote corner of Devon near Totnes.
Shipping was only added once I had been through my paypal account, it would have been helpful if it had been added at the first checkout as I was shopping around for best price.
Did keep freezing when trying to click through christmas card selection - would have bought some if it hadn't.
I wish there would be more information about the products. Ordered one of the Likit toys and it didn't mention whether it has 1 or 2 likita insert, nor if it comes with any, so I have ordered only one and had to go and find shop locally to get more inserts.
Only had one criticism and that was I purchased on Saturday for a next day delivery, received an email to say it would be delivered the next day but did not arrive and I contacted Redpost who were very polite and helpful and I received the parcel on Tuesday. The link was sent from my daughter , who will be the recipient of the top, she lives in Australia. She has excellent taste and will only wear good quality items.
Shipping costs, I can do other overseas shipping free when I spend over $150 (ie. corkfarmequestrian)
