Redpost Equestrian

It took over two weeks till I recieved the package to Japan.(Maybe because of Covid-19?)
I am very happy with the price and service,so I will use this store and recommend to friends unless we're not in hurry.

The actual service and delivery from redpostequestrian was excellent. The product, a spray to clear a wasps nest, which is no reflection on redpostequestrian as it is a proprietary product, does not seem to work. Two sprays and the wasps still seem to be returning undeterred.

Easy to use website and they were able to replace a product that was no longer in stock with a very similar one, very pleased

A nice site; I have shopped with you before but not for some time. I was particularly looking for this rug, so thank you - just hope it fits well now!!

Shipping was only added once I had been through my paypal account, it would have been helpful if it had been added at the first checkout as I was shopping around for best price.

Only had one criticism and that was I purchased on Saturday for a next day delivery, received an email to say it would be delivered the next day but did not arrive and I contacted Redpost who were very polite and helpful and I received the parcel on Tuesday. The link was sent from my daughter , who will be the recipient of the top, she lives in Australia. She has excellent taste and will only wear good quality items.

I returned the head collar as it only just about fitted. The clip on it was also of inferior quality in my opinion and was difficult to operate, otherwise I would have exchanged it for a bigger size

Very pleased with the ease of ordering, great service and speedy delivery! A bit disappointed with the Collegiate saddle as some of the leather is very stiff. Would be good to know before buying that the saddle was made in India as some of their leather products are not good quality.

Girth was showing as out of stock when I searched for 'girth' but when I clicked on it it was in stock.

Ordered a Jeffries bridle which I received two days after placing the order. Very efficient service .

Ordered a trial product very happy with them so I'm buying a set. Really good idea for expensive items to try before you buy!

easy to order, only negatives are rug range...i wanted the 100g gallop combo rug but you didn't have that or any other cheaper rugs, and i couldn't redeem my reward point on paypal

Lovely merchandise and good price ..unfortunately one of the items is too small so will have to return !

My first choice colour was out of stock hence 4 stars for shopping experience. Otherwise a good website

I have been a great fan of this particular product, the first purchase was back in 2000 in Australia.
The sports mule lasted over 10 years, then I have encountered the difficulties of finding them. Very happy to have new pairs for next 20 years!

I ordered some boswellia for my horse , when the box arrived and I opens it there was a puncture hole in the bag that had been taped up, I phoned redpost immediately and they were very apologetic and and things got sorted ASAP I was impressed with their service and will definitely use again

I thought the postage cost was high but as I needed the fly mask urgently I had no chouce but to go for it. The actual fly mask was disappointing as the horse got it off within the hour. It was nowhere near as tight as promised.

Super fast and easy, Shame the original colour I ordered was out of stock but love the one I got as a replacement

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I rang to ask about a return due to some riding boots not fitting. Both women I spoke to were very helpful, friendly, explained everything and I didn't even have to pay return postage as I was exchanging for a different size. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Difficulty with the select shipping option not working. Page needed refreshing to move forward and select.

Very straight forward shopping on line and great telephone back up form the store when I couldn't find something because I'd spelled it wrong!!

Bought a girls long sleeved t-shirt for my niece, fit was good and nice quality. My niece loved the t-shirt and said was very comfortable and soft to wear.
