website works partially ok. you had what I wanted but there was an introductory £5 offer which didnt get to me despite later talking to nice lady who said she'd send it over, however it never arrived
For some reason Royal Mail logged the item as delivered when it wasn't however staff at red post were very helpful and eventually I got the item which I'm very happy with great price great quality and great staff fault if Royal Mail
The site was not reloading pages when returning back to a section after looking at chosen item. Had to keep refreshing.
The app didn't work that well. After clicking on an item and then wanting to go back to the original search nothing would show and I would have to start again.
It asked me to complete everything marked in red, but there was nothing in red, so it was quite difficult to navigate through the payment page.
I have still not received the products despite getting an email a week ago to say they had been dispatched. Apparently they have ended up in a distribution centre no where near my home. I do hope the products will be worth waiting for
The order arrived late rather annoying as I paid for next day and then is very dry so I don't dare use it until it's been oiled more.
Checkout was difficult. I wanted the items shipped to my UK address and it would not allow me to checkout using my US issued credit card with US billing address and UK shipping address
When you view an item, and press back the page reloads to the original page not with allnthe filters you select. That's really annoying.
The gloves were ordered a size 6 and they were way too big and Roekle dont do a 5 so went for refund

Took several attempts to process my payment - a bit frustrating. So i rated you down to a 3. Otherwise all good, found what i needed immediately and could do express delivery too.
I received my beautiful boots as shown and described on your web page. Unfortunately, they were really too big. I think that I would have needed two sizes smaller, but I would have had to pay further delivery charges, and return charges if necessary again because I live outside the UK. I did about it because I really loved the boots, but there was a bigger problem and decider.
My expensive package was left on my doorstep outside IN THE RAIN on a main pedestrianized street. I was at home waiting because I was advised of the delivery time, so there was absolutely no need to leave such a large and expensive purchase outside. I only discovered the very wet plastic package some hours later when I received a visitor. So, that is the main reason that I would be reluctant to order with Redpost again.
If I could be sure that an expensive item I have paid for is delivered and handed to me when I am told of their delivery time, then of course I would definitely re-order and recommend.

Great product and great price but very slow delivery and I was asked for customer feedback before the item had even been despatched.
Tried several times to checkout with my card, but it wouldn't accept it so had to resort to using Paypal which I didn't want to do as I believe PP are starting to charge for their service
Your website took a long time to load through the payment part which required me to reload the page several times.
I was slightly disconcerted to be asked for feedback before the product (a rug) arrived! However, the website had indicated that a delivery from the warehouse would take longer to arrive than from the shop and it was worth the wait to get exactly the right product. The rug itself is now on the pony, is exactly as described, fits perfectly and was competitively priced.
I think it's odd when I get asked for a review and I haven't even received my order. Therefore the review is obviously not going to be as good as it might be if the review was requested after I had received my order

One item was in a damaged box that had been previously repaired and looked old, dusty and tatty! As it was a gift I contacted Customer Services and spoke to a very helpful member - Sherrie.
Prepaid return label supplied and huge apologies for having been sent a sub standard item. Replacement sent to me after damaged one received by them.
Sherrie was fantastic and every Customer Services department should have one! Because of her approach, friendliness and professionalism, I'd use Redpost again!
It was great experience online but disappointed with what I thought was a long delivery time.

International fees end up costing too much in long run. Products are great! But prices not worth extra costs. :(
Jacket I ordered has a shiny material which does not show in the pictures nether does it state that it is in the description. So I was very disappointed when I received it as had to pay return postage cost.
Your website is very hit and miss, it kept getting stuck at certain points which meant I had to go back in on several occasions.
