I experienced a lot of difficulty with the website and the wrong voucher was given to me. It was my name not location at first but I was corrected

So amazing, Monica was amazing in helping me select my hotel.
Supports are really nice and helpful. However there are just too many black out dates and you won't know until you lock into a location.

Due to my time frame to travel, it did hinder my ability to make a choice between many of the hotels offered, but aside from that, service has been EXTREMELY prompt, easy, no pressure, and no "fine print" that needs to be looked through meticulously. The price paid was OUT OF THIS WORLD and I will not hesitate to come back in the future! Well deserved 5 star rating!
While the process to book the vacation was easy enough, the whole thing is very deceiving. Limited hotels and nights available to travel. You can't see the options before you commit. I would not recommend to anyone.
The online booking process was easy and straightforward. The two hotel options for the city we were interested in both looked nice and one hotel had all the amenities we wanted. We got a bit lucky with the availability dates, many of the days were already full, but we were able to schedule a good time for our trip.
It should be clear of the value of the voucher. We should also be able to chose different rooms without having to pay an upgrade charge. More hotel options should be provided as well.

The only problem was that I only had two hotel options but luckily one hotel really caught my attention.
Customer service is rude. They kept giving me misleading info. No one cared enough to solve my issue so they tried to give me a $300 hotel savings card just to shut me up

The hotel room was not described well. I didn't know what I was paying extra money for, the view or beds. Customer service couldn't help. I wanted to be comfortable on my trip so this is important.
