I won this at a charity event, and what they don't tell you is that most of the dates are blocked out.
Any dates that are open you have to pay extra for. They also make you pay all the taxes and fees upfront without seeing the dates available. Then I got a call from them and I asked them about the unavailability they hung up on me twice it happened to me. This the closest thing to scam as it could get.
Sadly, wanting to support my charity and hoping they would have researched this first I bid high. What a waste of $2,500. Goodbye to my money. Good luck to anyone trying to book with this company.
The hotel we chose was in Lansing Illinois 30 minutes outside Chicago because I didn't find out until after the certificate was purchased that hotels listed on this certificate charge $45 per day plus resort fees on top of hotel cost.If I had known before, I wouldn't have purchased this certificate. Redeem Vacations should remove this hotel from their program.Travel Lodge by Wyndham was horrible, filthy bath tub, I had to purchase shower shoes, cigarette burns all on the tub and it smelled like marijuana, tv had on 4 channels, cug burns in bed spread, table had nicks and scratches.
The dates I were looking for not available, all the dates for all the hotels in the city were fulffiled entirely. Befor booking the dats you have to pay activation fees about 240 CAD. After paying fees I was not available to get any dates. It was a waste of money. The dates for which hotels were available were very cheap one star hotel. You need to pay additional fees while booking the hotel. So if the total for the hotel is 350 for 3 nights, you will end up paying more than 450 $ with redeem vacation. These people should pay for scamming the users. When I contacted the customer support regarding changing the location and requesting dates, NOBODY responded to me.
They sent me to a moldy hotel. Would not reply to me and waited til the day after to respond then told me I could not get my refund as it was too late so I paid for a run down hotel I couldn't breathe in with no refund Bad company period!
This is a scam! I received a 3 night hotel voucher for Las Vegas at a fundraiser. To activate it, you pay the initial fee of approximately $99.72. The jokes on me! This is such a scam. The initial fee to see what hotels and how the process works is required before you can understand the process. The one thing they do not tell you, is once you book the dates, it is non-refundable. Hotel options are very spotty and just charge up fees for everything! It's cheaper to NOT use the voucher & just lose the money! So sad, I fell for the scam! I asked for my activation fee back and they will not! They just keep your money.
My initial problems with Redeem Vacations has now been resolved. Great customer service and appreciate all the emails and help to fix this. Looking forward to my trip away. Thank you
I loved my trip to New Orleans with Redeem Vacations! We were blocks from French Quarter, near trolley line and steps away from Cajun cuisine. We stayed at the Troubadour Hotel and it was fabulous! From Sean and Will greeting us, to the lounge, to the roof top bar—everything was delightful. I saved about 66% booking with Redeem Vacations. Our room was on the 11th floor and had windows on two sides so we enjoyed the city view Highly recommend Redeem Vacation, can't wait to book my next trip!
I was told I was getting a free vacation at a 5 star resort. There has NOT been anything free, nor any resort offered. Looking through the offers, there was not anything they offered that looked appealing to me. They did issue a refund which they do not normally do. Is it worth it to pay this company for a vacation discount. My opinion is no. It looked like hotels we've stayed in all over the country, not resorts, which didn't appear to be any less than what we would have paid to stay.
This company is very deceitful. Please go to the BBB website and read all the complaints and how they have taken peoples money. It is truly sad and disheartening. I have been dealing with the lies since Monday! They purposely blocked the calendar so I couldn't see dates pass the month of May, 2023! I tried to book with them on Monday but the system was having technical issues so I was told. I honestly believe that was all a lie, to get more money from me. I work in sales and I would never work for a company like that… I don't see how people who work for them sleep at night.
My experience was good. I was able to accept or deny my vacation.
I received this trip once I signed up for an Ecom program. Super excited because I am planning an anniversary trip. Perfect timing. The fact that you can't see any details, including the amount of "resort" taxes you post until you pick a destination was the first red flag. Then they claim to show you some similar hotels that have recently been booked before you pay your taxes. Very exciting and nice hotels. Also red flag. But I paid, then got my login to search for dates and book. I put in my dates and the options I got were Best Western and Red Roof Inn. With an option to pay $200+ to upgrade to Holiday Inn. I changed my dates around to see if by chance the dates were limiting me to these options. Nope that's all that kept coming up. Furious. A resort style vacation to BEST WESTERN?! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
First red flag was when we were unable to see any of the availability nor hotel selections prior to paying for the service. Once we did pay (because reviews looked good) we found there was no availability at our location for the month of our wedding (looking to book a honeymoon). They say they won't issue refunds nor show us what would be available during our intended honeymoon.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I don't
Understand HOW this company has good reviews! Unless once you put your zipcode it determines the "perks" your actually given/ qualify for. I unfortunately I fell for the scam, because the "free trip" was gifted to me by a reputable travel agent. I was told that all I had to do was pay the taxes & fees to validate my free trip certificate to Cancun by paying $196.20 (taxes) for my room worth over $1200. I did as my husband's 50th bday was coming up and this would serve as a cost effective solution to show him a decent time during the uncertainty for many in this financial climate. After I paid I was sent an email and text stating on top of the money already paid that I had only 72hrs to pay ANOTHER $200 for resort fees...THEN I would receive a call from their representative to speak about: amenities, upgrades and all inclusive add-ons...wait what I felt like I was being extorted!? I contacted them back and was told that there were no refunds...really?. I told them that I would stop payment via my banking institution and then review them on EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET I could find. I was then told that they would refund my money in 5-10 business days...when it only took 5-10 seconds for them to take it! This was something I tried to get done before Christmas to present to my spouse. Now Im out of a trip and almost $200 right before Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!

I received a free hotel stay through this company (with an online business course I purchased for $1,500). When I went to activate the vacation, I had to pay over $200 in resort fees and taxes before being able to select a hotel. Then, a month later I received a call from the hotel that I selected saying my resort fee was not paid and my vacation was pending cancellation (I had already purchased a flight and tours for the vacation also). I learned from the hotel that the fee paid to Redeem was not the resort fee and that the hotel has had many complaints due to people believing the hotel was taking a double resort fees due to Redeem being misleading. In all, my "free" hotel room cost $400, and while I saved money in the long run, I was disappointed with Redeem's deceptive fee practice.
Our stay was nice the room was great a hurricane was coming inland but our stay was still peaceful and that's all that mattered to us
Advertising indicates luxury vacations worldwide. They will not disclose properties or availability until you pay activation fee. Then no availability on any property January 15-July 2023 in New Orleans.

This was my first time using Redeem Vacations and what a great experience! The hotel was very nice. The communication throughout the process was impeccable - they even messaged us as soon as we checked in to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend!
My fiancé and I were fortunate enough to win a free vacation and we couldn't be happier! Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale!
Answer: Hi Tina the Fives beach hotel is not all-inclusive, you can add optional discounted all-inclusive when you book your travel dates
