Two $10 Visa Gas Cards Never Arrive

I spent $80 to receive 2 restaurant.com gift cards, and 2 $10 Visa Gas card in May. Only the restaurant.com gift cards arrived. The telephone number for the merchant says, "The Brighthouse Voice Mail box is not activiated." It is telephone number *******621. Beware! They send emails from "*******@dvideals.com," and the credit card statement bills to "Pathwaydeals.com" from Melbourne, FL.
