Way to match the paint. He took a sample of the old dry wall to home depot and although it was not part of the contract, he painted my wall. If you are looking for someone who is dependable and is truly a pro, then Steve is your man.

I am redoing a kitchen. Israel assessed what I needed, made suggestions, and went above and beyond just the painting job. He saw that the ceiling was painted, switch plates changed, and even switched the handles on my refrigerator so that it was much more convenient. (I didn't realize that could even be done!) I am thrilled with the results! If you want someone who knows what they are doing and is a professional, hire Israel. I only wish I had known about him last year when I hired someone else to paint my living room. Thanks, Israel! LM

I needed a painting contractor to paint the trim on my home and repair any wood damage.
Martin Figueroa and his painting crew were terrific. They arrived on time, worked the entire day, cleaned up after themselves and were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
After the trim work was finished, I hired Figueroa Painting and More to repair and paint our back yard deck. The work crew repaired the deck to new conditions. I was amazed at the quality of this company's work.
Our experience with this contractor was superb!

This "painter" was referred to us from Home Depot
Price was cheap so we went with them inside wasn't repaired they just started painting i asked if they are going to wipe walls down they had dirt and were rough he said dont need to the paint will cover all of it! Ok? Paint splatters on wood floor still there outside done as well overspray every where all over my windows and gutters cigarette butts all over
No cleaner or bleach to rid of mold on house and deck painted over the mold my plants they killed very upset had a real paint company come in they were in shock they gave me a hugh discount their reply was "we haven't seen such bad work in many many years i had to pay extra to have overspray removed isnt this the painters responsibility i guess not from GM painting and power washing

I selected three names from Home Depot who were registered in the Red Beacon program. All three contacted me right away and were given a tour of my house which needed some exterior painting. All were provided a detail of work required. After I received estimates from all applicants, I selected Joel Soto as my choice to do the work. Joel did not disappoint me in any way. It's hard to separate contractor interactions with the actual website itself, but the redbeacon site is a solid tool when looking for pros. I had a bad experience with one of the subs we found through the site and redbeacon was quick to make it right and stood by their guarantee. The website can be a little slow, and get hung up from time to time which is why I took one star off. Overall, as long as they keep growing their database of contractors, they have a great product.
