Absolutely worthless information. I know far more information than reported on their report. More information not found than found. Waste of money.
I typed in a phone number and it made me think if I paid the money the report would pop right up. I paid the money and the next po p up stated I had not run any reports. Lets hope that I can start from scratch and get the info I was looking for

I paid for a report and did not get it. Please send it or i will continue to rate you low
I do not appreciate the recurring subscription fee. I'd rather a little pay more for a single record than have to turn around and cancel the membership. Feels like you're hoping users will forget to cancel.

Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
