I did a search by VIN number, was told I could pay for the vehicle report. Once I paid THEN I was told there are no findings. So I gave money for nothing.

Went online to look up a vehicle identification number for a 1963 Buick Riviera. Wanted to know it's history. Punched in the 9 digit serial number and your website "supposedly" found it. I paid you for a month and after awhile tried to look it up. Now your site only accepts 17 digit serial numbers. You did't tell me that before I paid you.
