I'm a Canadian and was looking at results for Canadian individuals at canadarecordsfinder. Two reports were generated and were advertised as available if I paid $4.95 to view them. I paid and was redirected to the US site with no option to view the Canadian reports. **If Canadian reports are unavailable, please do not advertise them for sale.**
Fortunately, your support staff (Cath) was very helpful and refunded the charge immediately. I'd give her 5 stars out of 5.

After I used record finder one time I forgot to cancel the subscription. So the extra charge showed up on my account. I called customer service and she was very pleasant and canceled the account and said that she refunded the extra charge.

Is my experience needless to say was very very very bad. The reason being is before I paid any money whatsoever your site said you had information that I was looking for on the specific person I entered. Then after the fact of me paying money for a week subscription when I opened up the search there was no such finding?

Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
