I used Records Finder to look up a driver who exhibited road rage on March 24th. The service worked perfectly and identified the vehicle. What I didn't realize is that it is a subscription service so you do need to cancel within seven days otherwise you will be set up on a reoccurring monthly charge of $24.95. I just caught that I was charged for two months of service I did not use. When I contacted the company, Alleah, the Customer Service Representative was super helpful and was able to get an exception and refund my American Express. She was professional and very helpful. I would recommend Records Finder to others who may need a similar service in the future.
I looked up 2 VINs numbers and got nothing but vehicle specs that I can get anywhere for free.
If the is a good possibility no useful information will be provided then that should be made clear before taking my money.
I can see from the reviews I should have checked first the the service is useless. That's on me.

I say your service is a total fraud and can't believe that you can still operate. What little information you provide can be found elsewhere for free as well as more in depth. I looked up known criminals and found your records to show these people as pillars of the community with NO criminal records. Your service is worthless yet you seek more fees for a "deeper" report. I will be seeking a return of my money after only using your service for 12 hours. I will report you negatively everywhere I can. This company is a disgrace.
This site is the basic bait and switch. After signing up you dont get what was initially promised and then you get a solicitation from them to upgrade for more money of course to get access to very thing you signed up for in the first place. I am going to ask for a refund but doubt if I will have any success. Very dishonest approach that they take

Looked up a name and clicked on the person that matched who I was looking for. Had to pay to access record. Now the record can't be found because the site it now "limited" to just the United States. What a scam! Even their "comment" page doesn't work right. Says I used invalid characters (just letters like above) and my order number doesn't exist.
Just to double check the site worked, I looked myself up. Invalid information on myself as well. Never married, never used listed email companies, and never lived with listed family members. What a waste!

I did a search for someone in Canada. It came up with a couple names of what I wanted and had 3 telephone numbers with the last 4 or so x'd out. Seeing as where these were the names I wanted in order to get the finished results I had to pay $14.98. Ok I felt it would be worth it. I paid. Then when the search came back after I paid it said something like "names not found". I said "WHAT?. Then I got on 'live talk'. Got a run around for about 1 hour. Then was told "What you initially saw before you processed the payment is the preliminary search which is provided as reference material only. It concludes that the information exists, but the availability of the report depends if it is publicly displayed or tagged as private/confidential". Therefore I paid $14.98 for nothing. They let you search, find what you're looking for, and when you pay and search for same names... nothing there. What a farce, a fake cite, a scam etc. don't waste your money or your time. They did give me a refund.

How the hell is it OK for a third-party to charge money for family members to look up an inmate at a correctional facility? While I am filling out credit card information a pop up ad for some internet security company dominated the screen and I could no longer navigate my information without maneuvering around the damn add. This kind of $#*! happens all the time so I know nothing will be done about it but I might as well mention it.
I wish I had read the reviews before I spent money on this site. There is so much information missing from my own data, I have zero confidence that the information on the person I was researching is accurate. To top it all off, I got a notification this morning saying that new information had been obtained about him, so I paid $4 more for an extra report. The report said "no new information"! This is a complete scam!
