I was a little skeptical at first but they have wonderful customer service. They are very fast and also fair. My quote was accurate. I will definitely continue to do business with them again. Also, they offer one of the highest payouts compared to what other companies were offering me!

Why not! They are awesome, fast and offer the highest quotes compared to other sites I visited! I shipping my phones Monday and my check was in the mail Friday! This is my second time using their service, but my first review! Highly recommend!

I sent in two iPhones and they were delivered on 8/21/23. It is now 9/9/23 and they have not returned any of my phone calls, and emails. Their website promises inspection one business day after delivery then they will either send you a counter offer or the payment. I can't get in touch with them at all. I have even sent a message on Facebook messenger. No response from them on any platform I could possibly try. I was quoted over $700 for the two phones and it is a big scam. Do not send you phones to this company!

I had a very good experience with them. They offered 6x what the other websites did for my used and locked phone. They wrote me quickly after receiving the phone and maintained the original offer after inspecting the phone, which I was worried about. Highly recommended!

My Problem with recell Cellular is that they have not gotten back in contact with me and i have not received my payment for the Iphone 11 i sent to them. My order id is *******. The device arrived at their Mailroom on September 8th of this year. Now i am aware give them a day to look over the device. I looked in my email and saw no email from them. Now i call them the same day and for some reason i was not able to get in contact with someone from recell Cellular. I called them during their regular business hours and the next day i did the same thing. No answer. I also submitted the contact us form on their website and i did not get no email from them. This is coming from someone who sold them a phone a year ago with no issues. I really thought this was one of the good business who dont scam people out of their devices. The amount the phone was for was $107 Im really disappointed in them. I really needed that payment also. If your working at Recell Cellular and you are seeing this please contact me.
