Be very careful using this company

Be very careful using this company. They will keep your deposit even with plenty of advance notice (even if they are able to re-hire the inflatable to someone else). Very poor service and we received a rude and semi-literate email from them when we asked if they could prove that they had sustained a loss on the day of hire.
