Reazo

They do not send you viable leads. They make it impossible to talk to anyone at the company to complain. They only send out robotic non-empathetic email responses. They stopped sending me "leads" even though they guarantee they will until you have a closing. The salesperson who sold the scam was great. Everything else was a bunch of crap.

Buyer leads are of poor quality. They may be looking for a property but 3 out of the 6 leads I purchased didn't have enough money to rent. The other 3 leads might have been searching for Bigfoot or a Unicorn, (house ready for move in under $120K).
I was promised at least a couple of seller leads, but didn't receive even one.
Waste of almost $700.

I'm a realtor who made the mistake of signing up with Reazo. My first complaint, after signing you cannot contact them. My first referral from them turned out to be a little scary. First information on referral wasn't entirely correct ( which I found was common on others that followed). We did make contact via phone and zoom, several times. He was hesitate to complete any forms, or get to a lender for pre-approval; then said he quit his job so he didn't kill someone. I did a background check and found out he had spent time I. Prison for assault. I gave up working on him, called Reazo. Two months later someone returned my call but wasn't in a position to listen to my story. One other referral who did answer, did want to buy a house, said she had no money and could not get a loan. There is absolutely no vetting by this company! Be cautious and do not bother giving this company any money upfront. They are truly a rip off and give a bad name to any real estate referral company!

FRAUD WARNING! This lead generation company, Reazo, is all about lies, getting your money, and keeping it without performing any service. I am still waiting for almost $1000 back. Reazo claimed they have a risk free 30 day trial period, but I had to advance the money for "buying leads". Within 2 weeks, they only sent me 2 useless leads outside my farming area (leads I could not even use because they where out of town). When I called Reazo to try to cancel over the phone (and 4 emails) within the 30 day trial period, the representative claimed I have to pay $200 for the two leads they sent me. I am still waiting for my refund. Try to get a cancellation proof in writing nothing! I am scared I fell into a trap. They are not legit. Be careful!.
Please send my $1000 back!

While there are many lead generation companies that are available, Reazo does NOT live up to industry standards. (I should have done my homework prior to accepting the salesperson's pitch!). I joined in late October with the promise of receiving 6 'solid' leads (with the understanding that it's my responsibility to nurture, etc). I was told there was a buyer waiting to speak to an agent... I received 2 leads within the first few days of being under commitment with Reazo... and it's now the end of Dec. - no leads, no responses from the first two they sent... and when I try to call customer service, there isn't a person to speak to.

The salesperson assured me that I could get refunded for any leads that did not respond. They request I leave a VM, but no one has called me back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
*** IF I do hear back from someone, I will certainly update this post. But at this time, I have reached out to the clients multiple times (via phone call and text) no response and the customer service team is also unresponsive. Go with Zillow, or another reputable lead generation system.

**** UPDATE
Upon my complaint, the partial owner reached out to me to try to resolve my issues. They seem to be working with me to ensure my customer satisfaction and guarantee success for this lead generation system. I will update should this change. :)

The only question they ask the supposed lead is if they are working with an agent. Most leads never answered me. The couple I talked to were not qualified buyers or even in my area.
