I haven't had the experience. Ask me after I've have a chance to be on the site.
Very easy and great if is is really free. Need to get the estimate for my taxes
Good I appreciate the free help to find out how much the worth of my house is
I don't have the report yet but if it comes quickly then the process was very efficient.
Just started and don't have the report yet. The first page asking for my address worked well
This is estimate what my condominium is worth. The question are short and very clear. Thank you
DON'T BE A FOOL! You will hear many great sales pitches, but please let my experience save you: They promise to replace any lead that wasn't real, they GUARANTEE none of the leads will be valuation or just looking but of the 4 leads in an entire year, that's what they were! Keep reading! In 12 months, there were a total of 4 inquiries and all were just inquiring with no intent to talk to an agent, sell or even rent their home. Realpin charges $49 a month to "maintain an account"? Who would want to maintain an account? Plus charge you for the leads which they are happy to replace however, they HAVE NO LEADS TO REPLACE THEM WITH!. They take the $49 a month and take the initial $799 or whatever you sign up for and continue to delay and make promises of escalation and working with tech to get things resolved.
IN THE END, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY! The customer service did not respond for weeks if at all. When I asked for a refund, the response was "We sent in 4 of the 5 seller leads. We could offer you a refund for the 1 outstanding seller lead for $150.00 to be refunded..." This proved that although there is a guarantee to replace, they are using these leads against the client. Any type of lead counts even when they aren't replaced! It's been 4 months and STILL NO REFUND by the way. False promises from the start to the end.
There is nobody that will call me back from the company but sales people. I've gone around in circles trying to get my money back and now have resorted to writing reviews to help save others money on what I feel is a very fraudulent company. I've been in the real estate business for over 12 years and this is the worst experience in getting real estate leads and I would not believe any source that is telling you that happens...
So far so good. If i receive an accurate report this will be a 5 star site to cisit!
I haven't received the report yet, So I am not sure how to rate this site.
If it gives me a straight report, it would be one of the easiest forms ever.
The form was simple. I just want a quote, not a bunch of calls or emails
I haven't finished using it yet. Tough to judge it all after five seconds of use.
Easy to navigate and submit. Report was in my inbox by the time I was done
Easy process, Only a few clicks of a button to find out what your homes worth
I just typed in info so I don't have much to judge my overall experience on.
Answer: Scam, they will not provide what they promise. They over promise and do not deliver at all, they are cocky unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. Worst experience ever.
Answer: They made promises that they never kept. The quality of the leads were from disconnected phones, to a hospital phone number.
The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with customers appreciating the simplicity and efficiency of the service, as well as the quality of leads generated. Many users highlight the ease of navigation on the website and express satisfaction with the potential financial benefits. However, concerns frequently arise regarding communication practices, particularly the influx of unsolicited calls and emails from real estate agents, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, customers desire quicker responses and more transparency in the quoting process. Addressing these concerns could enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty significantly.
