My husband got a loan according to ready set go back in 2016. Our bank account was attacked by the mystery shopping network that same year, which come to find out was a scam, and they stole over $2,000 from us. For over 2 years I havent heard anything on this company or from this company. All of the sudden a call last week, got told they understood and would put our account on hold until we contacted them with bankruptcy information. Today, I started getting threatening phone calls from their lawyers and was belittled and told what happened in our bank account has nothing to do with the loan what so ever. If we cant rectify the account and had to file complaints etc with attorney general, how are we supposed to do anything else? Talk about re victimization of victims of a scam! This is NOT a reputable company! Go to check into cash. At least they have a heart...
No such thing as "free recipes"! - I bought a Ready Set Go from this site. After entering my creditcard info aand clicking order a message asked if I wanted free recipes. I clicked "Yes" and was then charged $9.95! NOT FREE! I called the customer service and was told I can't do anything about removing the charge for 24 hours! Don't deal with these site.
She contacted me initially and informed me that I made a financial request for a loan of $200. I said disagreed. She said the total maximum amount of money possibly borrowed was $1,000. I asked for $900. She became snobby and verbally rude while eventually refusing my request. She downplayed me verbally like a college professor denying a child for the most minimal of all reasons. I am ncaa collegiately educated human being with banking knowledge and experience that has stretched for more than 30 years. I have a double major in finance and business (including an associates degree and a minor in cooking school).
Answer: Get a lawyer. They do not care what happened to you, know from experience, and they will start threatening and harassing you through their "lawyers" at ERS...
