We've been a long time ready refresh customer. Some things i'm not at all pleased with. Especially trying to schedule a cleaning visit. They get cancelled. Nobody calls back. Nobody shows. But, this time Shane showed up and we will specifically request shane for our dispenser cleaner services. He's efficient, very pleasant and very customer oriented. This company is horrible. The delivery drivers are horrible the customer service is horrible my entire experience with them was terrible I would never recommend any to use them and they continue to try to bill and charge me for equipment I no longer have trying to tell me bs abt a prior charge and if you ask to speak with a supervisor another jackass gets on the phone and it's the same service I rate this company a zero out of ten! I do not recommend
ReadyRefresh is the worst! Since day 1! They delivered the wrong equipment and doubled my water order and charged twice. When I tried to call customer service, no response. Constantly rescheduling my monthly delivery and we're left rationing our water supply until the next delivery. Then when I finally have had enough and cancelled the account they still charged my account for a delivery I didn't receive, plus a $52 refurbishing fee for the equipment. Six months and I spent $500 on water. This is ridiculous! Don't do it!
* Delivery schedule is extremely hard to manage, when i receive the notification of email / text, it is already finalized
* Late fee is insane. I call many times asking for refund. Their payment system sucks, and I never receive any notification if the payment fails. They just want to steal money from you.
Absolutely terrible customer service, impossible to understand their billing! Mystery fees for everything, I hate this company! Happy to be done, even with the mystery $50 reconditioning fee! Don't bother! Nightmare!
For the last 4 to 5 months we have to call them every month due to there scheduling conflicts. Every month they give us a date for delivery and it hasn't come when they say. They will email date and time and do not show up. At least a week week and a half late. You end up spending more money bc you must but bottle to get thru, and then when the order does come in but only get 3 5 gallons instead of 5. Looking for another water delivery
I canceled this service after not receiving equipment and being charged anyway I got my money refunded now 9 months later they are calling me and sending me threatening letters to pay for services I never had. I will be suing this company and I suggest anyone stay far away acct number ending:*******
Long time customer but over the last few years has become nasty lying bunch of scoundrels. I cancelled and picked another company immediately. They didn't even bother to ask why I was so flabergasted

This is the worst business to deal with and don't give them your credit card information because they will continue to bill you. I bought my cooler on 9/29/2021 and I am still being billed in 2024. I changed my bank account and Ready Refresh sent me statements. Please stay away from this company.
Call to cancel my membership with ready refresh They charge me for 2 water dispenser when I only had one. Not only that they keep sending me random charges. And another thing if you want to skip a delivery that doesn't matter to them. They'll still charge you for a service you don't want. 0/5

Have been using them for half a year, unit does not produce hot or cold water so it's always room temp. Old card got stolen and had to cancel it, they delivered water for 3 months before I noticed I wasn't paying, they added an extra 20 bucks a month (roughly 60% of the services cost) and when I called them they replied with "we called you once and sent you a text" last text was in September before my card went missing and they called me at 11 am in the middle of my work shift. Worst customer service Iv dealt with in a while. Canceling now.
The company seems to have made some positive changes. I was happy to get more reasonable pricing. Getting gouged for lousy service and unreliable delivery was what prompted me to write a negative review.
Can't rely on these idiots! They message you to tell you they're coming and to leave you're empty bottles out. They don't come... then they message you they're coming the following day... same thing happens... then again. The drivers themselves are nice guys but the company sucks! When you call they say, "we're short on drivers". And they wont guarantee it's coming at the amended date either!... same $#*! month after month... If you're looking for convenience, and rely on your water, look elsewhere!

The drivers are nice enough when they finally arrive but you're getting water delivered for convenience and it's inconvenient when they don't deliver it. They send a new message and fail to arrive again! Not enough drivers is they're excuse month after month!

I have been using ready fresh for a year now. And it has been a great experience. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this company. I had a chance to directly speak to the owner on the phone when I was having some financial difficulties. He even gave me a discount. Because of readyfresh I stop been anxious about carrying big water bottles from the store. Can you imagine lifting groceries and a water? My water bottles are dropped at the front porch ans it's a relive.
I will do a free commercial for them to promote their products

Been with Ice Mountain(Ready Refresh) since July 2002...service use to be great but lately since 2019 the service is terrible. They don't deliver on the date they suppose to. I get a different delivery person 98% of the time. When you pay bill online they do not send receipt to your email. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AND TRY ANOTHER WATER DELIVERY SERVICE. (COMPLAINT LEFT ON THURSDAY 2-22-2024).
Delivery is every month, they have 30 days to get it right and still screwed up... Walmart level service, I don't need it.

Let me just start by say DONT DO IT! Everything was kosher for the first month but then they started changing the price and overcharging me. Every time I called customer service I got gaslight so hard. Con artists!
DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF. SAVE THE DRAMA OF NEVER GETTING A DELIVERY ON SCHEDULE AND HEARING ALL OF THE EXCUSES THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE. GO TO SAM'S, BJ'S, OR COSTCO AND BUY YOUR WATER, SINCE YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER TO GET IT FROM THEM. THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP THE SCHEDULE TO COME AND PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT AFTER YOU CANCEL THEM. Horrible service. Charged my boss twice with no product delivery. Hung up on me when I tried to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Time spent on this at least 1.5 hours from start to finish.
When you offer an app for customers to see the amount to be charged and you don't show on that app the right amount what's the customer supposed to do? And on top of you give yourself the courtesy to postpone the delivery because the precious pre-approval didn't go through. This service is just BS 😂😂😂 coolers for rent keep leaking and vibrating in your home oouuh 🤣🤣🤣
Ready to be fresh was very delightful very nice and helpful just awesome people and I appreciate the Poland spring water because it's the best I love ready refresh good service awesome people I didn't get their names but they were awesome and this is me and the trailer park thank you guys so much for making it possible for me to afford Poland spring and such great people they made my day they made me smile yes thank you guys God bless okay
So, I decided to check my invoices recently, because I noticed the monthly fees stayed the same for the first 6 months after buying their service from a door-to-door salesperson in my gated community, which clearly says not solicitation, but I said... why not? After 6 months, the fees started to incrementally increase by a few dollars each month with no forewarning. The only thing that prompted me to check, was because I received and e-mail that the cost of their service would increase at some point in Q1 this year. Low and behold, not only were they gradually increasing the costs each months, but there were multiple months where I was double charged. I'm curious to know how many other users noticed this and I advise you to check your account to make sure it didn't happen to you. I was essentially paying $90/month, for a service i originally agreed to for $29.99. It stayed that way for a few months, and next thing you know... $33, $35, $36. All the way till it hit $44 and I called them.

Received a delivery reminder on November 19 for a November 21 delivery. Didn't get the order.
Contacted customer service 3 times, but never received a reply. Then contacted the COO on LinkedIn and got crickets.
Finally got a hold of a rep on November 27 and they told me it's my fault.
These people don't care about their customers. They just want to make money and get their bonus check. They create stupid systems and then let their customer service reps take the heat.
