2yrs ago I switched from the credit union to the rbc mostly because I wanted to consolidate my loans. By doing this I was entitled to a mini ipad. Which I have never received after being told I am to have it. To add insult to injury I went for a loan for a new pickup I was denied even tho my credits are perfect. I went to the TD and I was approved in no time. The loans Manger with the TD is baffled by the rbc for turning away a valuable costumer. If your wantin to join the rbc think twice. It's not what they say they are.
