Regarding their "Silky Cleanser", I love the product, have used it for years. BUT: it can only be bought on line, AND: they charge a generous $8 for shipping it! The product weighs a couple of ounces! But they pad the order with lots of "free" samples, which might delight some people, unless you're only interested in what you ordered. Ho hum. This website suggests that three stars mean one is "dissatisfied with the product": not so! Its a great product. This customer is dissatisfied with the high shipping charge!
