It has been very good so far. The customer service people are very nice and took care of my issues very quickly. This was my first order but I would not hesitate to order another item from them. My only reservation would be the quality of the exhaust tips and it will take time to see how they hold up.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
