I started using RadiumOne to get in-game currency for a game I enjoy. I completed a number of offers, but was not credited by their automated system.

I then submitted a request for them to review the problem. Along with the request, I sent them a screenshot of the final page of offers I had completed. I received an email saying it could 1-4 days to resolve. About 24 hours after that I get another email requesting screenshots of confirmation emails for the offers.

If you have completed these offers you know that you usually do not receive email from the main offer, only email for the side offers that are required/suggested during the path. RadiumOne has to know this is how their offers work.

It seems they are intentionally scamming their customers out of time and currency. Beware!

I have been playing for free gold filling out quite a few offers to get free gold they owe me 6000 gold coins 3000 just from ups, more from insurance companys calling my phone with rude sales people and e mail bombe i sent them the e mail comformations and they they look for screen shots which are a pain to attach to ther forms when you send them what the ask for they close your case never even contacting you but mean while my e mail folders are full of insiurance offers, nissan pathfinder offers, ups offers, front desk offers, publishers clearing house offers but no gold for any of these offers

Radium One does do a good job in rewarding virtual currency for the most part. But on occasions there are issues where despite the players completing the offers to get the free virtual currency they don't get awarded. I don't know if this is true but there might be a status quot where after certain amount of players get awarded x amount of points others don't get awarded at all despite completing the offer. This can be incredibly annoying especially after completing a high payout offer and not get awarded. And whats more annoying is the customer service they take forever to reply back. And when they do they just ask a screen shot of the email since when you first submit a request of notifying them that you didn't receive the virtual current you are asked to copy and paste the text of the email. The representative then make sure that you aren't just lying and so they ask you a screen shot of the email.
Afterwards you wait another 5 or so days only to have a different customer service rep take up your case. And you have to repeat the process over again. It's as if the past couple days you submitted the evidence of completion was all for nothing.

The only offers that seem to really work are the pay s/h for items offers, Free trial offers, and offers that give really small amount of virtual currency. S/h works for the most part but if you are trying to get rewards from them and play any of the Nexon America games be wary that some paid offers like BrainBuys.com can get screwed up then you have to go through the frustration of dealing with non responsive reps. Free Trial works for the most part but there are some duplicate offers and sometimes they don't work and you just realize you wasted your time registering for a free trial. And finally most offers that give small amount of rewards does work though some offers are outdated so no matter how many times you do it you won't get credited.

For the most part they do credit the users but on occasions they don't you have to deal with non responsive and at times incompetent reps who just need to verify with their promoters that yes these player has completed the offer yet doesn't.
