I have been using only couple of days so far and I do not notice any difference yet. The flashing lights are irritating my eyes.

I am going to have to return the QuWave product to you. Unfortunately, my son, whom I ordered the item for, was very upset that the product was not securely wrapped. He feared the equipment was tampered with in order to hurt him.

I have to admit he was right. There was no wrapper on the personal protection device, nor was the cardboard box sealed.

I was quite surprised when I realized you promote the product for protection from unspecified sources; however, there was no protection for the equipment itself.

This is my 3rd or 4th time of order, everytime I met the same problem, the delivery address shown by USPS email doesn't match my home address, some words are missing always, then I need to panic to contact Quwave to clarify immediately.

Other than that, Thanks Quwave! pls keep going!

It's the weekend, and I'd like to chat with someone about this purchase. I made the purchase online just now, but want 1 Portable Harmonizer and 1 Portable Dreamer in this QWHPak5 bundle (instead of the 2 home models--they're the same price)

I missed any information on shipping of the ordered product, finally the product was delivered today. But in between I`ve been asking if You`ve forgotten my order. Sorry for my poor English.

I have had a personal defender model for several days now and I am still under severe attack - I will wait a couple more days and then if needed I will return it and buy something else. I will probably need to speak with you for a consultation on what product to buy

The first Quwave defender I bought,about three years ago, worked very well for a few days, but then the stalkers found a way to override it. I saw a testimonial on YouTube, that said two of these devices keep out most of the Electronic Harrassment, so I've bought another one, because I don't know what else to try. I've held off till now, because of the high cost.

trouble over the weekend .intrusion on your direct site from someone claiming to be w/sales a *******@quwavesales. looked like a fake address. listed out of borabora/attached youtube presence. Amy contacted me late yesterday and claimed no one by that name works for quwave! If I find a trace I will forward it to you. Ran Norton several times! Thank you.

I couldn't get anyone to call me back or chat with me to compare products and get a customize bundle in which I would have paid more so I just went with the normal bundle package. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back by 3:30p.m Pacific and nobody ever called. So we are not off to a good start. I hope the product works as expected.

It would be nice to know the frequencies on the Portable Harmonizer. I also wanted to know if I was eligible for the free home harmonizer that's on sale this week. I hope so!!!!

This product is simple in packaging and looks different from American products. I don't know if it has function. I hope it is useful. I bought it for my Chinese friends.

Site was not so responsive. I needed to change an element and it was problematic. Also, I was not sure when my transaction actually completed. Granted, it may have been my connection, but this is my experience today.

Asked twice for any research on units and effects on human health. Have not received.
That said, I do experience improvement in energy wearing devices.

Just got the product a day ago so I will update you all but I was emailing about where is my product and additional information which no one ever got back with me only a third party who say they can't help then a phone line where I can't get in contact with no one.

I ordered the portable defender because my personal defender was no longer giving me enough protection I have been using the portable a week now and I am still not receiving enough protection I will give it another week for my body to adjust to the new system I am also using the home defender
