Hi Team,

Here I wanted to inform QWave about the product QFlex I bought which I placed around Sep-04-2018 is not helpful for my concerns (Electronic Harassment) which are torturing me. Still I am struggling from Electronic Harassment which is electronically (heat) pinning and stinc bite similarly on my body organs in the day/night, I tried all modes of this device and which is helpless. Please help me if any other suggestions to replace the device which I bought.

Was very disappointed. I wasn't told I had to pay 100euro extra for importing goods from the custom and revenue.

I'm not satisfied with product. I emailed for a RMA number so I can return it. No one has responded.

I found your website a bit confusing to make a purchase... especially with all the needless flashing stuff.

I ordered a personal harmonizer for my brother, he will be the end user. I using it while he is out
I feeling better right away and I thinking on ordering one for me.
I would like to have an EMF meter to confirm the facts and not just go with the mental suggestion

well for sure im not 100 percent this gonna work but im putting some stock into it hope it all works out and hopefully it arrives quick i have been goin through this for 4 years

So far it does not help and the belt clip broke in 2 days and I was told i would have to mail it back.

Confusing website. It took two or three days for my order to ship - I was in the process of looking into my order to cancel when the shipment notification finally came. I received conflicting information from the website and a text support person. I emailed a request for a free printed catalog (as your website suggested). Your customer service rep referred me back to a pdf link and would not send the catalog.

It took longer than expected from when I ordered to receive confirmation of shipment (3 days). There were no shipping options I noticed except USPS who gave nearly a full day delivery window on a Saturday (4 more days). Not so bad except I didn't realize you have to SIGN for it or it goes back to the post office. Sunday they're obviously closed and Monday was about a half hour (not counting drive time) to get my order (2 more days and post office wait in line time) . Seems like there should be better shipping options - I'm too used to amazon (and would have ordered through them but it seemed there might be warranty/return issues compared with ordering direct through quwave). Bottom line, be prepared to wait a week between order and delivery, and if someone isn't available to sign on delivery day, you'll have to drive to the post office and wait some more.

Not the first time, there was missing item in the package, so i need to contact customer service to resolve it. Glad the customer service did a good job actually.

However, still hope missing item will not happen again in future

It has not helped me a lot, because the sexual attack aimed at continuous distance, Lasser also, I see the green light Lasser in my body and vibration in my brain and spine continue. I do not know what to do.
