I was yelled at in the parking lot, they over charged me for a 2020 piece of crap kia soul. They don't give you a price of a car they give you a payment amount. Guy first walks out and says 525.00 a month are you kidding me? I said give me my keys back goes back to talk to the little penis behind the desk Jesus. Comes back like it was any better and says 498.00 what in that actual? Again give me my keys back. I was there 4 1/2 hours and finally i signed to get the hell out of there. I called within 24 hours and said i want my car that i traded in back. That they only gave me 6000. 00 for it was a 2016 kia soul worth 11,000 and over charged me for the 2020 kia soul by 4000. 00 Kia should have left the 2016 kia soul alone it was a good car i only traded it in because the fuel sensor that went out in January of 2020 faulted out in June of 2020 they would not replace it and once again i was over charged for the fuel pressure sensor at 630.00 that only lasted 6 months well the part only had a 12mo/12,000 wty i had 06/18,000 after it breaking down 6 more times i decided to trade it in. Well big mistake. DO NOT EVER GO TO BEV SMITH OF FT. PIERCE FLORIDA AND I GOT THE PART DONE AT KIA OF VERO. NEITHER PLACE IS OF ANY GOOD. TOTAL RIP OFFS
I was looking for a used vehicle. I didn't have the best credit so I called Quirk and was honest about my situation and they told me to come down and they will get me into a vehicle I could afford. Well, the general manager was doing magic with the numbers. I told them what I could afford and somehow I was signing a loan for an amount they knew I couldn't afford. Promised me that if I made 3 on time payments that I could re finance at a lower rate... After I signed the paper it became 3-5 months. I called the bank and they said they would not re finance. I told the bank that I could not afford the payments and I wanted to revoke that sale. The next thing I knew they were delivering the vehicle to my home and they even got me insurance and THEY paid the down payment... Everything they promised was a lie. When I told him he was supposed to do something with the seat I was told don't worry. Well they did nothing and when I called them on it I was told it was a pre owned vehicle... They didn't even clean the vehicle... When I mentioned that he (Robert Aiello) said 3 months then after the papers were signed it was 3-5 months. Then it changed to "Ill TRY to help you all I can... Go to yelp and search reviews for this company... I am not kidding, They are the most unscupulous company I have ever dealt with. They are in Massachusetts and in a few other States in the Northeast.
