On black Friday I was curious to see how much the outlines would be discarded so I clicked 3 outlines and as I was applying the promo code it simultaneously purchased the order for $70. I did not intend to buy all of the outlines, I just wanted to see how much it would be with the promo code beforehand. Because my card was on file, it automatically charged me and when I reported it to customer service they told me there was nothing they can do. They were very rude, very short and provided no empathy or help to solve my issue.
