Ordered, what I thought according to the picture, was a portable washing machine. I received a circular piece of plastic. I contact them and was told I was to click around for the upgraded model that I ordered the "basic". I informed them this is false advertising and they told me I can return and pay a shipping fee along with a restocking fee. They also said I can upgrade and to the $100.00 model.
Stay away from this company!
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a foldable washing machine, and instead they send me a flat piece of plastic! They claim that they tried being upfront on the website, but their pictures are very deceiving. They agreed to send me the real washer if I want to pay an extra $90 at least. If I try to return, they charge for restocking and shipping (if they decide to accept the return). This is a complete scam and a waste of money.
