Saw ad on YouTube and ordered on 6/2/22 BuzzBGone 2 units, paid with PayPal $90.93. Didn't get even email with my order, nothing. Tried to cancel order on 6/6/22, autogenerated response that they are too busy. Filed claim with PayPal, then started to get emails from rep. Place is a scam. They print USPS label and state it is shipped, when in reality orders never get to Post Office. Also rep refuses to give refund, as merchandise should be shipped back first at your own expense. Return policy is 30 days from shipment day, which doesn't work as it is usually not shipped at all. When I read reviews (too late), it seems some kind of mafia is running 10 business from the same address. I'm waiting on PayPal verdict and going to file complain with NJ Department of Revenue and MN Department of Revenue. Shop located in Clifton NJ and they don't collect sale taxes, for states they have to. Stay away from this company and it's subsidiaries!
