Several others have provided the same experience. You think you are creating a free QR code (like several other sites offer, Canva for example). It is not until you create the code and have it professionally printed for distribution that you receive an email letting you know that your code expires in a few days unless you upgrade at the cost of $10 a month, billed yearly. So your code is held hostage unless you pay $120 plus tax. If you are a business owner, this could be a nice generator, but for a one time person, the lack of information on the front end causes monetary damage.
This company is so scammy my bank fraud alerted me. I was literally just trying to create a static qr code for my kid's birthday party invitations in a couple weeks. Got everything set up, cards printed and distributed and then started getting warnings my qr code was about to expire? Gave me a dynamic qr code and required a subscription to keep it (no way to change it). Whole year has to be paid up front, so I ended up having to spend over $130 for these invitations. Submitted a customer service request on their site 2 days before that expiration and still have not been responded to. So no human interaction available to try to work with them. STAY AWAY
