i ordered a mattress which was shipped via fed ex on april 17, but i never received it.
fed ex agrees they lost the mattress but they need a claim filed by the supplier, i.e. qomfortsleep. well, first, the qomfort contact number hasn't been in service for months! also, online chats are never answered. finally, after numerous emails, i heard from qomfort that they would take care of the claim , but fed ex still has no claim after four months.
qomfort obviously doesn't care to help me cause they have their money. terrible.
