This happened in 2021 but I still think about how this company ripped me off to this day. I bought 3 bath bombs in April. It took a month to send 2 of them. I wrote to them and received a response saying they would send out the third immediately. Over five months later I wrote again asking if they were still sending or if they could issue a refund. They once again promised to send it, and disappeared into the ether. In October they had the gall to ask how the product was. I reviewed it 1 star saying I never received it and nobody responded. I'm chronically ill and don't have the time to chase down this company, but they deserve to be reported to consumer bureaus for fraud.
