I had a lot of product related questions due to the fact that I am a novice in the industry. I initiated a chat via their website and was pleasantly surprised how intelligible they were about product knowledge and the wellness aspect they offer. That was 4 years ago. Ordered gummies 9 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped, website says will be shipped within 24-48 hours, guess they don't know how to count. I emailed and they gave an excuse that they are making my product, I ordered gummies that are made by another company so pretty sure it is a generic message and my message was not seen by a real person. I called them but can only leave a message as real people must not work there. I would not recommend them if you actually want to receive the product you ordered.
