Great service. Very easy to use. Very reliable and nice people that go out of their way to make sure there puppies are healthy.
Found the puppy via title, contacted the breeder, firmed up the purchase with a paypal deposit, visited the breeder (1000 miles away) who delivered the puppy at the hotel, paid the breeder the balance via paypal, drove home. Beautiful puppy, GREAT experience.
I found the puppy here and communicated with the owners, got plenty of info from them and pictures and videos and felt it was real. I sent them a deposit. And asked to speak with them on the phone before traveling to pick up pup, they called we spoke and it all went well. They were nice dog loving breeders I could tell. Then I took the money with me for the pick up, all went great.
I like the ease of sorting by breed, price, and state. Just wish i could sort by distance instead of state. I also wish the breeders were more "vetted". I hesitated buying from some that gave me puppy-mill vibes and worry that this is an avenue for them. I did a lot of my own research in addition and bought from one who had sold on here for over a decade.
It looked like I had no messaging when I looked at my listing. I didn't realize that I had messages until in clicked on the message center.
Ever since puppies.com took over puppy find.com, the amount of exposure went down drastically. I used to find homes for all my puppies through puppy find com. Now my puppies find homes through AKC marketplace and other websites. I hardly get any inquiries from puppies.com.
Way too many clearly auto messages from fake profiles just to keep you spending money in hopes one of them responds back with a sale. While I was able to place some dogs - Facebook was more efficient and effective.

The customer service is not helpful and the photo part of the app can be a little difficult.
A puppy was accidentally marked sold and there was no way to change it back. I had just paid money to boost the ad, and all I could do was to create another ad all over again. It is very easy to accidentally mark an ad, but you can't easily change it back without contacting customer service. When I contacted them, they were not helpful.
The app also is very screwy when you try to move pictures of the pups around. It takes forever to get them in the order you want and constantly jumps back and forth.

I also was hacked, I am a certified canine behavior consultant and very reputable breeder, they also hacked my dogsnow account. They hacked the dogs now one twice... No way they got in through my email it must have been by other means, guess password maybe... I only found out by a customer inquiring to me about yorkies. Lol I breed Doodles and Goldens.

PuppyFind.com would never ask you to verify any of your account information including email address or password. That information does not need to be updated for any reason unless you choose to do that on your own. Our Customer Support Representatives do not have access to your passwords. The only person that would have access to that private information is you, the account holder.
Hopefully you have all your accounts resolved and changed all your passwords.

We had been looking for a puppy or young dog. We tried some of the larger sites for rescue dogs but they were impossible and horribly run. You had to fill out a long very personal application for every dog you were interested in before any questions were answered or anything moved forward. Then when you will out he application you find out the dog had been adopted days before. They just leave the picture up to get more people to fill out applications and get your personal information. I found a puppy I like on puppies.com, went to see her that same day and left with her the same day. Ao simple and no stress.
This website is exactly what we were looking for and it was very helpful to see all the available puppies around our area. Allowing the visibility and the option to message people about the puppy in question was a very nice touch. Perfect site for puppy searching.

It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with this buyer. I'm showing that testimonial posted in 2022 is half way down the page, and there are seven testimonials before that one. The most recent testimonial shows at the top on your profile from 2024. The buyer did provide proof that they paid you a deposit, so they do get to post their experience. You are welcome to update your response and it will show with the testimonial so both sides of the situation are visible.
I'm sorry you aren't having as much traffic to your listings recently. We do randomly rotate all listings on the site now, but we do have the boost option for city/state searches which could help with views.
