I've sent copies of credit cards, debit cards, ID's, bank statements, Apple Pay statements, did a facial scan for godsakes and these clowns still can't get their $#*! together. Tried to redeem at a grand got thru verification and locked out.customer support 24/7 yeah right still can't talk to a human.

The second chat with Cholo it was explained that the reason for my redemption bring declined is because my bank info was wrong. My reply was that my purchases seem to go through okay. So Cholo said that he or she fixed the issue and I can do the redemption again. The chat ended I went to login to start the redemption again and guess what my account has been locked. If anyone wants to see the actual conversations between Pulsz and I email me. They put a label on me all because I asked where is my money. Run from them. Pulsz is a cover for some illegal doings.
