I've been a tenant for about 1 year. My bill suddenly jumped $21 a month. When I stopped at the office and inquired the clerk laughed and said thats the way Public Storage operates. She said if I wanted I could move to a lower priced unit (same size) but it would have to be done in 1 day. I talked with several other customers in the yard and they all said they had experienced the same treatment every six months to a year.
Pam was very nice and even helped me by asking her friend if he might be interested in some items we no longer have a use for. I thought that was very helpful of her. I also was nervous about the whole process, but by the time we were thru talking, I was laughing at how silly I was for feeling that way. Pam put both my mind, and my husbands mind at ease. I will definately share my experience with others I may know about Pam, and Public Storage. Thank You.
My credit card was stolen so I had to get a new one sent out from the bank. On the third day of being late on an account that has had auto payment for 2 years, the office manager decides she's going to call a family member on the other side of the country looking for payment.
(3 days) Totally embarrassing to have a family member call you to tell you someone's trying to collect money. I called their corporate office and the CSR (Kelly) said it's up to the district manager to determine when they are going to call your emergency contact person listed on the contract. The district manager called me and said most people are happy when we call other people to remind them they are late. I think Public Storage needs to implement policy procedures rather than every district making their own. In fact, I don't believe that is the case. But with Kelly and David telling me that is the case, I am left to writing a review in hopes someone above these two will care.
Starting with professional service, this is the best storage ever. I've rented several times over many years. From different storage locations however, this one is special and the location is easily accessible. The view from the windows is beautiful. Jackie assisted me She was polite, informative and answered every question. She gave me a tour and showed me to my selected unit, offering a choice of others available. I felt relaxed and welcomed.
I love the attention that people show here and are concerned with their customers questions. Very pleasant atmosphere, and wonderful staff who was a beautiful blessing. Thank you and I loved the location the safety, and the success of keeping my items safe and climate controls. Down to earth and a hard worker who knows her stuff. Great management. I rate excellent service for her and public storage.
The attendant was an idiot and didn't care if he gave a correct answer or not. The issued me a unit with a bent out door that a large cat could fit through and he said it was ok. He asked me for a service review and I said whatever I can't see the computer anyway to see what he gave himself. He uh uh ok thanks. I do NOT recommend the one on miles near 480 Bedford ohio
I didn't start my rental agreement until the middle of the month, full month charged then on the first the were taking my money out by auto pay. Now i was told it was due on the first but if its not paid that day i start getting all these additional charges. My stuff is there now so im stuck but i will never recommend them or use this place again. You start getting these messages that your stuff is going to be auctioned off.
Skip had excellent customer service. He made sure that my needs were met for what I needed to store my goods. Skip was very thorough and friendly. He was also very patient with me trying to find the right size unit to store my life away. I would highly recommend Public Storage on Southwestern Boulevard. I just helped a friend move their apt. Into a storage unit in Bellevue WA. Dennis was a new hire and did an awesome job of assisting us. The unit worked out easily and the movers were able to work fast to get all safely inside. I would recommend Public Storage.

I used the property number ******* in Littleton Colorado. The associate, Neil, answered all of my questions in a professional manner and was extremely informative. Overall, I have had a very positive experience using this facility.
Ms bonnie made moving easier than ever, just by being herself and not being a robot, it was the most comfortable feeling dealing with a person that just take their job to the highest level without even trying. Good job ms bonnie need more of you in places like that all over the earth
The two ladies at this location were so helpful. Robin answered all my questions with a smile. Once I decided on the size I needed she had me out in no time. Thanks ladies for making this a smooth process.
These women were very professional and went the extra mile to assist with my storage issue. Their manager should be proud of the amount of customer service they exhibit toward difficult customers and customers with just general concerns. Great staff.
Please, what ever you do, don't rent a storage from this company. They bate you into a introductory move in rate and then increase you rate by as much as 30 dollars not to mention the rates changes daily by as much as $50 dollars. They don't care about customer service. They only care about record profits to pay its bonuses to it executives. There are many others storage units to go with but make sure you read the reviews before renting.
Rochelle at the Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd facility was very helpful when our unit won't open the padlock, wow she's so very nice and helped us to unlock it without any complaint. Thank you so much, Rochelle! Keep up the great work.
I was assisted by Rhonda at location *******. Her presence was very welcoming, she exudes great customer service! I would like to thank Rhonda for her patience and being very descriptive. She provided insightful information regarding sizing comparison within each storage unit. I feel as though she's a great asset to the company and not to mention a joy to talk to. In addition, the monthly prices are very affordable. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism!

This is the worst managed public storage i have ever dealt with. No one is almost ever in the office to talk to. You have to leave a voice message. Good luck getting a response. I had movers bringing my furniture to mckinney. I needed the unit early. I left messages saturday, sunday, and monday. I finally gave up and got a storage unit somewhere else. Horrible horrible horrible
