The Stud manager is unprofessional! The Units are infested with Both Roaches and Spiders. The Orange insurance plan does not cover any items damaged on the premises unless there is a Fire or Flood. Please use any other Public Storage location!

I will never recommend this place. Employee was rude. Said police had better things to do than to. So our things aren't important to you? Said she doesn't blame the police for not coming out to check on who's calling saying they're stuck inside. Bunch of bull crap! Shady! I'm getting my things out of the other unit I have. I don't trust them! She was so rude about it! I told her this is messed up! They're a freaking rip off! DON'T STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!

Thank you, Megan, of the Willoughby facility in Hollywood. I came in with several problems. You got right on them and didn't stop until each was resolved. You treated me with respect, understanding and a great sense of humor, and even laughed at my little jokes. I have been a customer at this facility for years. I'd never had a bad experience with staff, but you really shine the klieg on property management/customer service. You made all the difference to me on a particularly sad day in this troubling and troubled world.

I have been with public storage for almost 4 years and since that they have gone up on my storage space at least three times. When I called and ask them about it they always says we can increase at anytime with any notification that it will be an increase to your space. I think that's very unprofessional in my opinion. And at they end they are quick to auction off your space when you can't afford the increase that you didn't even know about.

Jan, is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable Property manager. He takes the time to walk you through finding the location of your storage locker. Jan, shows you how to use the access code to enter the gate and explains the insurance that's necessary to protect your items.

I had the worst experience at the 5624 Basswood Location!

You will be misinformed and then Duped to pay a balance and the manager will have no hesitation in admitting what they initially stated to you.
Only giving this a 1 because this is the lowest score it allow you to give.

Stay Away!

Paid my rent with credit card at the beginning of the month, but they can't seem to give me credit for the payment. The people who charged my credit card can't help me. I called corporate and they can't help me. Kept trying to collect twice. Horrible experience, will never do business with them again. Keep getting harassing emails about not paying rent. They need better billing systems and better customer service. So sad.

I had a great experience with a young lady name Martha a couple of weeks ago. She was friendly, professional and patient with the questions I asked. Especially adding the app to my cell phone, truly appreciated this so much. Keep up the great work Martha!

The experience was very good. My initial meeting to get my storage area was great no problems or surprises. During the 18 months my things were always safe and secure. Check out was very convenient and pleasant.

I have used public storage quite a bit over the past six months. I would say I have given them thousands of dollars. I recently discovered that someone is paying $200 less than me per month, for the same size space. When I called the location on Burns Road to discuss, they told me I signed the contract. I called the district manager, Andrew. He said the same thing prices fluctuate. I told him it was price gouging. Public Storage told me all the units were the same price when they set me up. They are ripoffs. They do not care whether you're paying $200 more then someone else for the same size space. They will take advantage of you for whatever They can get out of you. They also make you buy their overpriced locks which never seem to work at other public storage facilities.

It's always nice to know that there are people who are willing to help you get the best prices! Thank you so much Maggie, for helping me out when I had no clue what size unit I even wanted! What a great deal you gave us! And there was another worker next to her, I forgot to get her name but, she was incredibly nice to me and my daughters, she even gave my baby a sticker, witch made her very happy! Thanks to the both of you! You guys are very helpful and so friendly!

I just wanted to give a big shout out for Glenda, she is awesome, and very professional, always smiling She had brought it to my attention right away my lock was put on wrong so she notified me right away so I would be able to secure my unit before anyone could get into it. So thankful for her doing her job and noticing my mistake. She is always been very nice and helpful with everything and accommodating my needs. She deserves a RAISE Also the place is. Always very clean I would definitely recommend my friends her way if they are in need of storage. Thanks again GLENDA
