Purchased one report for $8 in November. It's February and I just realized they've been charging me $20 a month since then! I talked to customer service and apparently signing up for the subscription service is automatically selected in the fine print. Also, the report had like no useful info on it… literally nothing I couldn't get from the Zillow listing for free. $88 down the drain

I had a painter contractor that had tried to extort me after our business had been conducted and my invoices had all been paid in full. He issued an additional hefty invoice because I left him a poor review and then told me that he would waive the invoice only if I would delete my review and issue another one with a five star review! He said to me (in a text) that he "would not settle for anything less than five stars"! He threatened to file a lien on my property, so I started scrambling a couple of days later to try to find out if he had filed a lien. I contacted this wonderful company "PublicRecords. Info" that (for only $1.00) gave me more information that I dreamed that I would get! They even put me in touch with someone in my county that would assist me in going forward with a lien watch for my property! They could have just sent me the information and let it go after that, but they went way above and beyond to help me and for that, I am extremely grateful!
I accidentally signed up for a monthly service and was ready to fight...but I contacted them...told them it was an error. They could see I never used the account, and they refunded me. Very professional.

The website is set up in such a way that I found I had signed up for more than I intended. I contacted the "chat" function, and my account was closed with no further questions.
Very helpful to get a quick report on my property. When I realized I had signed up for a longer term subscription to get that report I chatted with an agent and received a credit right away.
I reviewed a property and didn't intend on an ongoing subscription. The customer service agent promptly removed the charge. I will be back to use the service in the future.
They are very accurate and the best part they follow up with you to see if you need anything else. They will make it right if something is wrong or if you need more information
