This company falsely advertised what it does. I paid for a week subscription. I have ended up with a monthly subscription. I have looked for a refund and they refuse. Yet in there policy one can get a refund if it not personal gain which is illegal reason to refuse. I never signed up to a monthly subscription they take money from account s without permission consent so this fraud.gave a star to write review.
They are refusing to refund me! They didn't notify me that my trial was ending and just charged me $40 without notifying me.

Despite cancelling my trial membership (with adequate notice), Prosperi-Academy still debited my account and are refusing to refund the £49.99.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions. They simply come back with very vague answers, and referencing their refund policy. Their app may be half decent (I couldn't tell you as I've never used it) but their customer service is horrendous and they are unethical.
The format of the lessons is very convenient even for someone like me, who is not good wit techonologies. I am learning a lot from the day one
Terrible company! Stay away from it is a waste of money and you will not get your money back. They are predatory and difficult.
