Prosperi Academy

This company has been stealing money from a young vulnerable disabled person for months. They cannot prove any account and even admit in writing they can't prove an account was created. They have no concept or intention of comply with any law and will likely try and take this review down. I am happy to post my entire communication with them

Why does the investment site no longer work in the DRC?
Someone can explain us, and if this is due to maintenance or updating as communicated to us, this should normally be planned and communicated to all members even before 2 days and give the exact time for resumption of activities. But sudden these members notice and admin comes to communicates after, it not professionals way.

I purchased for 1 month and I cancelled my subscription. Now I don't have access to the platform, although my subscription ends on Sept. 17th, 24. This is the most ridiculous company!

Despite cancelling my trial membership (with adequate notice), Prosperi-Academy still debited my account and are refusing to refund the £49.99.

I have emailed them on numerous occasions. They simply come back with very vague answers, and referencing their refund policy. Their app may be half decent (I couldn't tell you as I've never used it) but their customer service is horrendous and they are unethical.

I've recently came across an advertisement for a "one-week program" for 7$ and joined the trial period. After going through their "courses" which are basically some dumbed down explanations of how investment theoretically works (nothing unique I found them incredibly boring and basic) I thought that this wasn't for me and removed the app. I didn't realise that they had already subscribed me to their main program and were going to charge me another 50$ per month after the trial period ends. After they charged me I quickly downloaded the app again to talk to their support (I did not subscribe through Appstore but I used their website therefore I could not send a refund request through there)

I contacted support and explained to them that I was not interested in the program and that I was not aware of the subscription of their monthly program. After a back and forth between me and the support team they refused to refund the money not specifying the reason, simply saying it's against their policy and that they're sorry.

If paying 50$ per month to look at pictures of avatars holding money in their hand smiling and reading mediocre text that ChatGPT wrote and being refused to refund the money they charged you against your will because it's against their policy sounds good, this is the app for you.

Absolute scam of an app do not waste your money.

Edit: Their social media comments section is full of people who got scammed as well.

I wanted to tryout service. Paid 7$ on Jan 6th and was charged another 40$ a week later. Apparently it was recurring but was not very clear. I emailed company to cancel and they would not refund the second 40$ charge even though it was a week after the first. A scam. Watch out. Refunded half. After I told them I made a review of the situation they fully refunded. Appreciated full refund but had to fight for it.

After you read through the beginning they all want to help you if you pay them. I wanted to see what it was all about myself before I thought about paying anyone for help. But I find once you get into trading you can't find anyone who you can go to for help even if you want to pay them for help. I think that's crazy I Know I've made some trades and can't get help. I'm on my own and I need help. Is there anything I can do at this point.

I have subscribed to Prosperi to learn about investment and trading to increase my awareness. This was a very good experience as it gamifies the process like when you are learning some words or calculations you want to learn more. Also, I really liked the simulator where you can trade and see what happens if you buy that stock or this bond. The system provides 1000 virtual dollars so that I can play around and increaase this amount. I liked this practical part and learnt many new things about investing.

I submitted $19.99 I haven't been able to trade yet I'm on a demo and I'm getting a lot of teaching how to trade or what is trading I don't see where I can start trading I would like a refund. I am trying to reach the support I wrote to them no one's written me back can I please get a refund I would appreciate it
