Successful experience with the assistance of ProperSoft support.
I can now import the csv files created by my BNP Bank into Microsoft Money version 14 with the CSV2QIF software produced by ProperSoft.

I haven't had a good experience with this software at all. It doesn't convert everything therefore making it fairly useless.

It works great on some PDF file but on other it gave an error message that it couldn't recognize ANY data. But a competing program recognize it just fine.

When banks change their web sites, this software allows me to download transaction until I can get Quicken to download automatically again.

Thank you for your review. All converters are desktop applications for PC and Mac. There is no need to login anywhere to use the applications.
Found an issue with the converter not breaking out tickers correctly when the security did not have a ticker. Problem was resolved.
