I ordered this and received a hideous horse themed scarf. I asked for them to make it right. They blamed their vendor, but want me to ship the wrong item back to their vendor in China at my cost. I'm sorry, but how does a screwup by your vendor become MY issue? They also deleted my review on their site. I highly doubt I'll get any resolution from them.
I found their ad for a $29.99 laser engraver that is identical to Laser Pecker's that sells for $999 on Amazon. Even one of their product photos shows the Laser Pecker logo. I posted a comment asking if anyone has received their order and after a few hours, the ad shows up again and I notice that the comment button is gone, only Like or Share. Yup, my comment got deleted and I'm blocked from commenting. Don't buy!
Found this seller through a Facebook ad and placed an order. No order confirmation has been received within 24 hours, support is non-responsive, and my card has been charged. I'm very concerned that this is a scam.
I received a hat, not a laser engraver, then the offer of a 50% refund and keep the hat. I contacted the credit card company who charged back the full amount so have not lost out. Anyone want to buy a hat?
I wish I could give them a negative star rating. Just like all the rest of the comments this company purposefully sent me the wrong product and is unwilling to give my refund back without me spending more money. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
Placed order in March no product as of today. Replacement ordered within 30 days. Still no products.
