Shopped here apparel recently and remain delighted. Dat kimono robe that I ordered perfectly matches with my home design. It's very warm, when it's cold outside I can freely wear this robe at home and feel comfortable.
Also I am thinking of buying her some waffle weave slippers, they will supplement my robe and I will really feel like I am a rich guy in the mansion, hahaha.
It looks luxurious by the way and the price isn't big wahsteover. Highly recommend, guys!
Order 2 different color hats to select the color for a larger order of hats with our logo on them.

Fantastic customer service
I had been given a promotional pen and was impressed by how well it wrote. I called the company that had given me the pen and they gave me contact info for Promotion Pros. They were great to work with, made my ordering process very easy, and they are very nice. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I am very happy how the products turned out. Kind of wish there were pockets but they are still very nice. It did take a little long than I expected but once they made it to FedEx we received them very quickly.
Customer service was less than helpful. Not being an artist or having professional resources, I asked customer service for help in crafting an imprint that would fit on the product. They were not helpful, and I ended up with an imprint was was only marginally acceptable. I asked several times about the color of the gold imprint and never got a straight answer. The gold print on 2 different products looks more yellow than gold.
Delivery time was significantly longer than other promo vendors.

This has been a an amazing experience working with Promotion Pros. Being in Hawaii it is always hard to communicate with companies in the 48 States because of the time difference. Promotion Pros was so helpful and understood this and actually called me several times at 10PM their time. The order process went very smooth
Cathie was very friendly and extremely helpful, and quick to do a mock up of the crystal vase. It was produced and delivered very quickly and looks beautiful. They also follow up to make sure the product was delivered, & I was satisfied. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I rate my 1st time ordering experience with Promotionpros as 5 stars because it was fast and easy. In the beginning I had a few questions which were quickly answered by Yvonne. I then placed the order and we bounced back and forth for a couple of days with the logo approval. The order was placed and I received it ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to order again from Promotionpros.

I found this company by accident and I am very glad I did. Their prices were great! I had trouble using my company credit card to complete the order. I called their company and they were more than helpful in assisting me with getting the order to go through. The credit card issue was on my end not theirs. Very friendly and helpful staff. My order arrived very quickly and everything was correct which in my experience is not the norm these days. I will be ordering from this company again for sure. Great job!
