Was worried for a moment that the order would not be finished in time, but received it the last day in order to make a deadline. Correspondence was quick up until the end when I was worried, but otherwise product came out great!

The representative I worked with was very responsive and proactive. She kept me up to date on my order status and made sure I would received it in time for my event. I really appreciated PromotionPros reaching out to me, usually it is the customer who has to reach out and consistently check on the order, especially when they are on a close deadline like I was.

I was very happy with my order and the professionalism from our service representative. She took very good care of our order to make sure it was what we wanted.The pens were absolutely beautiful. I'm sure our church members will love the pens and lighted key chains. I will definitely be ordering from Promotiopros again.

As I noted, I was a bit confused by the imprint location/color section...this was my comment upon placing my order. Within one hour customer service had contacted me and confirmed the details of my order, and within the day had sent me the mock-up of the imprint. I could not be happier. I felt my small order was given the highest priority: you cant beat that.

Loved the live chat, both Heather and Yvonne were awesome! I was disappointed with the size of the logo on the pen. If it could have been larger or perhaps bold, I would have liked to have been told what options I had. I thought there was no other size options when I reviewed the proof. The white logo on the green pen is hard to see.

My ratings reflect the fact that the product I received was not the product represented on the site, and that I have not received a reply to my inquiry about the difference. I really don't have an issue with the price. I would have paid more for the correct product. Since I received the wrong item I feel as if I paid too much. I have not distributed the product, so there is still time to correct the problem.

Good products, fair prices and fast shipping! We do advise to double check the entire artwork if changes are made, as new mistakes can appear due to auto correct!
