I am very disappointed in the purchase of this treadmill. I spent the XTRA money thinking I was going to get an upgraded product. I have had wifi connection problems since I purchased it about a year ago. I was very excited about the Ifit, which is why I bought the model with a 22" screen. It worked 1 out of every 5 times. I finally gave up after a month, because the treadmill could not stay connected. I've had to use a very old-school manual workout for the last 10 months. The speakers have a horrible sound quality and if I turn the fan up more than two notches, it makes a loud noise and slows down the motor. It's like the 80's when you would turn on air conditioning in your car. I researched treadmills for two years and I truly regret purchasing this treadmill.
The bolts keep unraveling on my eliptical and they send a new arm but no new bolts. Then they want to charge you $130 to have a tech come out and service it. Nope! Won't spend one more dime on this piece of crap! I wish I could give zero stars.
After less than a year with my machine I was having some minor problems. Reaching out for service has been nothing but a hassle. They make you jump through every hoop. No one responds to emails or phone calls. Neither the company nor local affiliates want to help.
It took close to 40 days to arrive the ordered treadmill (proof attached as a photo) and it came after several failed attempts to delivery. They scheduled twice, and I canceled my work to be at home on two days so that their shipping company can come and assemble stuff, but they never showed up or sent me a message. Finally things came after about 40 days ordering. I also ordered a bike and it came fast but look at the pictures how they packaged stuff. Horrible! In addition, the treadmill restart multiple times when using and google and see, it's known to happen with their stuff. Don't be stupid like me. Do a good research before you buy. Check their shipping company ratings - select express - the worst ever you'd see. Bad quality stuff and bad service. Also, they will charge you $250 or more if you decide to cancel the order in case of delays like I have.
We are new to home gyms. We decided to jump right in, and buy a few different things from Pro-Form including a treadmill, a stationary bike, a workout bench, and a wall mount squat rack. All of them have been super great, and work as well or better than we thought. The only complaint is the treadmill had a small piece of cracked plastic, that I'm sure happened in shipment. None the less, everything works great, and we love it thus far.
Bought online a HIIT H7 in Nov 2021. Delivered in mid Dec. New product was rusted. Requested replacement. Proform sent out a new product. Received an email for delivery the morning of Dec 31st. Get a call on Dec 30th to confirm delivery on the 31st between 1 - 5pm. Told them it is supposed to be 9am - 12pm but I could accommodate up to 4pm. They stated they could not deliver then and would have to call back to reschedule. I asked for a call on the 31st and they agreed to call back the next day. Never received another call from them. Called Proform again to inquire, they also tried to call shipping company to no avail. The Proform person asked me to follow up and gave me their number (not sure that is something in the deal). After another week of no return call, I called and cancelled. 1 week later a driver calls and says he is 15min away to deliver the product to me. I informed him that I had already cancelled this machine. In fact, Proform was to send someone to gain the rest of the machine... still waiting on that. I had to follow up again with Proform to get something scheduled, hopefully that will happen. Just not what I expected even in this market situation. Will never work with this company again, very displeased.
Horrible customer service. Please please please buy the Peleton. I so wish I had. I regret every moment of this very expensive mistake
I'm an old guy and my kids got me a Pro-form rowing machine for Christmas today. We get it set up and find multiple large red tags advising we MUST purchase a $15 a month I-Fit monthly membership just to UNLOCK the machine and use even the most basic MANUAL functions. I mean, I just want to row for God's sake. Not an option.
So, I roll over like a good boy, give then a credit card # and sign up for the monthly membership (fully intending immediate cancellation once I can turn on the machine). Well, it's still locked... just keeps scrolling HELLO>>>HELLO>>>... none of the settings are functional. I will call customer service tomorrow, (it's Christmas today).
To me, this goes far beyond deceptive, this is clearly an illegal business practice. Can one purchase a product and then be forced to purchase an online membership JUST TO TURN IT ON?
Either way, thanks Pro-Form for taking what should have been a bit of Christmas fun and just ruining it through your deceiptful, conniving, business practices.
This bike is a very comfortable ride that supports your lower back during a workout. We have very old and tired joints and the 400Ri has proven to be very gentle on them. The pedals are smooth and easy on the knees as well and don't cause your knees to lock during the ride. The seat is adjustable for multiple different heights. Above the display there is a ledge large enough to support a tablet/ipad but also can hold any cell phone for video or audio use. There is Bluetooth capabilities to connect your phone /tablet to the bike and an audio jack for listening. Overall the assembly was easy and able to be done in under an hour.

I would not recommend ProForm to anyone, at this time. Here is my experience: Ordered a bike. Was supposed to receive a call for scheduling delivery. No call; bike was left in my driveway while I was out of town. Bike arrived with 12+ missing parts. Ordered missing parts. Order was still missing 10+ parts. Ordered additional missing parts. Wrong parts were sent. Called to order correct part, was told it was out of stock, easier to replace entire bike. Set up replacement. After replacement was set up, was told, actually, parts are in stock. I'm a month in from receiving this bike, and I still cannot use it.
I have the ProForm 300ci. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It has a comfortable seat and is easily adjustable to any height. (I am really short so this matters). It has all the bells and whistles of a more expensive bike without the price. I highly recommend getting one! I received this discounted product for my honest feedback.
I own a ProForm spin bike and am very pleased with everything. ProForm has great customer service and the documentation I received with the bike included detailed instructions for assembly and use, including a 3D video I could download if I needed it. I'm a beginner when it comes to working out and I really enjoy my ProForm Upright Bike. It was easy to set up and put together. I had no issues with it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I couldn't be happier with my ProForm upright bike. It was so easy to put together and super easy to use. It even came with the ability to use the IFIT programs. I just have to add my tablet on the monitor. Customer service has been great. Super quick shipping.

I was able to use the app on my tv so riding was even more pleasant following along to classes on a larger screen. It took me a minute to figure out which was lighter and harder for pedaling, I'm technically a spin novice but managed to pick it up right away. The bike is made very well, it's incredibly sturdy
I just recently got the ProForm Carbon CX with 30 day IFit coach membership. So far it is working great. IFit has some really cool workout sessions that are varied and interesting. I have never liked exercising but I think they have enough variety to keep me from getting bored and giving up. I did receive this in exchange for an honest & unbiased review.
I really wanted a treadmill, but was running out of space. That's when I found this amazing preform compact treadmill. It his small but, does the job and some more. I'm able to jog, sprint and walk on the treadmill while following classes or watching tv. This is great.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is considering purchasing any of their products. The delivery was fast, the set up was super quick, the durability of the bike is great! This bike is compact and does not take up a lot of space making it great for someone who does not have the space for a big workout machine or someone who lives in an apartment. The bike seat is extremely comfortable and wide. On the back half of the bike stand there is a leveling system so if you are working out on non-carpet flooring you can level the bike so it does not wobble around. I currently have mine on carpet and have not had to worry about adjusting the settings at all. I really like that I now do not have to worry about going to the gym and can just exercise right at home!

Answer: Extremely difficult. On Monday I was passed from representative to representative in the end no assistance was provided. My last representative I was on hold for two hours. I spent 4 hours on the phone and received zero assistance.
